411 Locals

After signing up with 411 Locals I decided that they were a suspect business because no less than a week after I gave them my credit card I was alerted by my credit card company that a Philippines based airline ticket for approximately $1500 was attempted to be made on the same card I provided them with. I raised this concern with management and they promised an investigation and no one ever got back to me even though they are the only Philippine-based entity I gave me card information just a week before.

That was a big red flag for me so I did not renew with them after my initial minutes was finished.

Our primary way of communication has always been through WhatsApp. Thats how I request specific services and thats how they respond and send my statement after each task is completed.

I reached out 2-3 times to cancel and submitted a written request to refund after I was charged $199 again even though I didnt use any of there services. They screenshot my agreement mandating me to get on a phone call with them to cancel. I responded to them by telling them to send me a voice message and I will respond accordingly.

Fast forward 20 days later and another $199 was charged to my card even during the process of them refusing to cancel my account and me not even using there services.

This company has no desire for canceling my account and fraudulently keep charging my card even though I have not used any minutes.

What am I being charged for and why does it take more than a written statement to cancel this agreement? I need my $398 back on my card because I am not using your service.

They called and the person on the other line was unprofessional right off the bat. I told them my name and they ignored it and asked if i was the owner.

I said no and then the hung up on me. i called back and they were apologizing. Which is great. I thought that was the end.

then they called 3 min later and asked for the owner. they didn't announce themselves. and then they hung up on me again. So i called back and they just hang up on me over and over now.

Poor excuse for employees. I'm in customer service and i would fire those employees on the spot. Do not do business with these poor excuses of a company.

Google will get you more leads than this dinosaur company. Dont waste your time with 411 rude locals.

Cant have one call in almost a year! How was it possible?

And i see that there is a new business name just like us that just came out around the time I enrolled their program...

however, i dont have a proof and still hating this company because they massed up our google place account and now that they dont even put it back even I requested, and requested to cancel the account since they never fixed it...(my company doesnt even show up in google map, that was shown for 9years. Requested to cancel in march and now in may, they are trying to get payment and saying that we have owed for the time that they didnt cancel our account. We called and texted, emailed for the cancellation. Be careful for this company.

We get bunch of scam calls eversince we took their service. Regret so much and i am wanting to join any people sueing them.
